We began our Customer Appreciation Draw on January 1, 2004 to thank our new and existing clients for their patronage. On the first business day of each month, Costen Insurance draws a name from our client database. The winner receives a $50.00 Shell Gas Card and will be contacted by phone or mail to claim their prize. Good luck!
