The seventh annual “Freedom Ride” took place last month, from June 13th to 25th. Larry, Sheila, and six (6) of their fellow riders and friends headed south for a nearly two week adventure. The four (4) motorcycles and two (2) trikes represented Honda, Harley Davidson, BMW and Kawasaki! With many stops along the way, including Lewiston, Idaho and Winnemucca, Nevada, their final destination was Reno, Nevada for the annual Reno Rendezvous.
Everyone had a great time in Reno, one of the highlights seeing the band CCR at the Grand Sierra Resort. After four (4) days in Reno, the riders headed through Crater Lake, California on the way home. Their last stop was in Republic, Washington before making the long 450+ mile ride home on the last day.
All of the riders had a fantastic trip and look forward to planning Freedom Ride 2016 for next summer!
